Thanh Mien 2 High School won first prize in the Revolutionary Song Propaganda Group Festival.

On the evening of March 25, Thanh Mien District Youth Union organized a festival for groups to promote revolutionary songs with the theme "70 years of proud progress" and awarded prizes for the Children's Painting Contest "Uncle Nguyen Luong Bang with his homeland Thanh Mien".

10 revolutionary song propaganda groups from communes, towns, high schools, Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers, and affiliated youth unions brought elaborate performances to the festival.

The content of the performances praises the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, country, the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory and the determination of the young generation to participate in building and defending the Fatherland.

As a result, the singing and dancing performance “Grateful to Ms. Vo Thi Sau” by Thanh Mien 2 High School won first prize. The organizing committee also awarded 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 4 consolation prizes.

Also at the program, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes for the Children's Painting Contest with the theme "Uncle Nguyen Luong Bang and his hometown Thanh Mien". Nguyen Pham Van Ha (Thanh Mien Town Primary School) won first prize in the primary school category. First prize in the secondary school category went to Nguyen Duy Tuan Vu (Ngu Hung Secondary School).

This is an activity to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024) and the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).
