On the evening of April 7, the Dior brand's fanpage and Instagram were discovered to have edited a post related to Miss Thuy Tien. Accordingly, Thuy Tien's image and name were completely deleted by the brand. In the edit history, Dior changed the post at 3:42 p.m. the same day.

In the original post on Dior's fanpage on March 5, Thuy Tien's image was posted alongside international stars attending the brand's event. The luxury brand even tagged Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien's account.

In early March, Thuy Tien was introduced as a "Friend of The House". The title "Friend of the House" in the fashion industry is a special honor, awarded to stars, celebrities or influential figures in society with sophisticated fashion sense. This is how famous fashion brands show their connection with influential people, while promoting their image through stars and cultural icons.

With this role, Thuy Tien will enjoy special privileges from the brand such as wearing clothes, attending fashion weeks, visiting production sites... She was present in the guest row of the brand at Paris Fashion Week on March 4.

Recently, Miss Thuy Tien received harsh criticism for her involvement with Kera vegetable candy. In response to the controversy, the beauty queen apologized. She said that after working with the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, she understood more about the shortcomings and at the same time gave directions to correct the mistakes.

Thuy Tien wants to face her mistakes honestly, without avoiding them. She admits that she did not research the product thoroughly before participating in the advertisement, which was her first mistake.

To deal with the consequences, she will coordinate with the brand to support compensation and refunds to consumers. She also wants to have the opportunity to participate in programs talking about the responsibility of KOLs in promoting products, as a living example of someone who makes mistakes, not a beauty queen or a celebrity.

On April 4, Dak Lak Provincial Police decided to temporarily suspend Miss Thuy Tien's exit from the country from March 15 to May 15 to serve verification and investigation.

Miss Thuy Tien was also fined VND25 million by the National Competition Commission (Ministry of Industry and Trade) for not clearly informing consumers about her sponsorship when providing information about Kera candy products on social media platforms.

In addition, being involved in serious legal issues could put Thuy Tien at risk of having to pay compensation for signed advertising contracts. The film project "Closing the deal" that she participated in and is scheduled to be released in June this year is also being significantly affected by these developments.

On the afternoon of April 6, Colonel Tran Quoc Cuong, Head of the Investigation and Procedural Records Appraisal Department, under the Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency, informed: "With the investigation documents so far, it can be determined that Miss Thuy Tien is related to the case. In the coming time, we will actively and urgently investigate and handle the case according to regulations."

Just a few hours after the investigation agency announced that Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was involved in the Kera candy case, the online community discovered that her official fanpage and TikTok account with millions of followers simultaneously disappeared on the evening of April 6.
