Lap Phuong Thanh Center will build a second facility in Hai Duong City.

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just agreed to adjust the investment policy and approved the investor to implement the Lap Phuong Thanh Vocational Education and Driving Test Center Project - Facility 2.

The project is invested by Lap Phuong Thanh Trading and Production Joint Stock Company, with an area of ​​over 33,000 m2 in Ngoc Son commune, Hai Duong city.

This project is adjusted from the Lap Phuong Thanh Driving Practice Ground Project No. 2, which was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1835/QD-UBND dated July 3, 2020. Accordingly, the project name, project objectives, scale, investment capital, and project progress have been adjusted. The previous project only invested in building a driving practice ground to serve the training of students. The adjusted project invests in building a center to serve both training and testing for driver's licenses. The adjustment is to meet market demand.

Once operational, the project will meet the training scale for A1 class drivers with about 10,000 students/year; B class is 7,500 students/year; C class is 1,100 students/year. The testing scale for A1 class drivers is 13,000 students/year; B class is 10,500 students/year; C class is 1,500 students/year.

The total investment capital of the project is over 145.5 billion VND. Of which, the investor has about 43.6 billion VND, the loan capital to implement the project is over 101.8 billion VND.

This project is expected to be completed and put into operation within 24 months from the date the Provincial People's Committee approves the adjustment of the investment policy.
