On August 12, the Central Executive Committee issued Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW of the Politburo to continue implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, dated November 4, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Executive Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration.

One of the important contents that millions of education managers and teachers nationwide are interested in is clearly stated in Conclusion 91-KL/TW: the Politburo requires the implementation of the policy that teachers' salaries are given the highest priority in the administrative and career salary scale system and have additional allowances depending on the nature of the job and by region.

Immediately after the Politburo's Conclusion 91-KL/TW was issued and widely reported, the teaching staff nationwide in general and in Hai Duong in particular were extremely happy. From July 1, 2024, the basic salary will be adjusted by the State to increase from 1.8 million to 2.34 million VND/month. In addition to salary, teachers will also receive preferential allowances and seniority allowances (working for 5 years or more), and their income has improved significantly. However, for new teachers, an income of 5-6 million VND/month is still a lot. With this income compared to current consumer prices, most teachers have to struggle to stay in the profession.

For Hai Duong, after many years of not considering teacher promotion, in 2024 the province organized the consideration of promoting professional titles for over 15,000 teachers in need from grade III to grade II, grade II to grade I. As a result, more than 10,000 teachers were promoted. This contributed to selecting a team of teachers who fully met the standards; ensuring timely policies and regimes for teachers at public educational institutions...

Most recently, Hai Duong province has a plan to implement the national strategy on attracting and employing talents until 2030, with a vision to 2050. Accordingly, the goal by 2025 is to strive to attract talents to work at agencies, organizations, and units under the province's management authority to reach 10% of the total number of new recruitments; priority is given to attracting talents who are leading experts, young talents, and promising talents in various fields.

Another very good news is that in 2024, pedagogy is one of the four majors with the highest number of candidates registering for admission. The benchmark scores of many pedagogical schools this year have mostly increased, in which many majors have benchmark scores of up to more than 9 points/subject such as Hanoi Pedagogical University, Thai Nguyen University of Education, Hanoi Pedagogical University 2... The above changes have a great impact on the recent regime and policies for the teaching profession, and at the same time, it is predicted that the quality of teachers in the future will be improved.
