Book Exhibition on President Ho Chi Minh and Party and State leaders

Within the framework of the Annual Conference of the Executive Board of the Southeast Asian Publishing Association, on September 15, Ho Chi Minh City Book Street in coordination with publishers organized the opening ceremony. Book Exhibition on President Ho Chi Minh and Party and State leaders.

Speaking at the opening of the Exhibition, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Chairman of the Vietnam Publishing Association, emphasized that President Ho Chi Minh was a genius leader of the Vietnamese Revolution, an outstanding soldier in the international communist and workers' movement.

Ho Chi Minh's thought on international solidarity is also an important theoretical basis for the Party and State to determine foreign policy and expand international relations.

The Vietnam Publishing Association chose the theme of Books about President Ho Chi Minh and other Party and State leaders to introduce to delegates attending the Annual Conference of the Executive Committee of the Southeast Asian Publishing Association to represent the development of Vietnam's international friendship and solidarity in the region and the world.

The exhibition will run until September 16, introducing more than 100 books to readers with 3 thematic groups: Bookcase about President Ho Chi Minh; Bookcase displaying publications of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; Bookcase about leaders of the Party and the Vietnamese Revolution through the ages.

The exhibition introduces to readers 5 spiritual legacies that President Ho Chi Minh left for the nation that have been recognized as National Treasures, namely:“The Revolutionary Path,” “Prison Diary,” “A Call for National Resistance,” “A Call to Compatriots and Soldiers Across the Country,” and “President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament.”

In addition, the Bookcase about President Ho Chi Minh displays many publications about his life, career, moral qualities, thoughts, and style; divided into the following topics: Works of President Ho Chi Minh; Research books on the biography, life, and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; Research books on Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, morality, and style; Books on studying and promoting the value of Ho Chi Minh's legacy in localities, sectors, and fields; Works recounting stories of Southern children who were lucky enough to meet Uncle Ho; Research works on Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, morality, and style - the great leader, beloved teacher of our Party and people; The steadfast soldier in the international communist and workers' movement; The tireless fighter for peace, friendship, and cooperation among nations, an Outstanding Cultural Celebrity of the World; The teacher, the great leader of the Party and the beloved father of the Vietnamese people.

The Bookcase about General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong displays many publications of special significance and importance in both theory and practice, demonstrating the consistent and steadfast ideology of the Communist Party of Vietnam on particularly important issues such as the path to socialism, the renovation process, and the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity...

In particular, the Book"Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam"has been published in 7 foreign languages ​​(English, Chinese, Lao, Russian, French, Spanish and Dutch), contributing to the dissemination of the viewpoints, policies and guidelines of the Party and State of Vietnam on socialism and the path to socialism to the world; helping domestic readers, overseas Vietnamese and international friends better understand the country, people, innovation and development of Vietnam.
