Over 166.7 billion VND is allocated to support the difference in tuition fees.

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just allocated over 166.7 billion VND from the source of increased revenue and expenditure savings in 2022 to be transferred to 2023 for the Departments of Education and Training, Culture, Sports and Tourism; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to support the difference between the tuition fees for the 2022-2023 school year compared to the tuition fees for the 2021-2022 school year for preschools, general education schools and other public educational and training institutions implementing the general education program that have not yet covered their regular expenditures in the province. Of which, the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are supported with nearly 122.5 billion VND, the Department of Education and Training is nearly 43.5 billion VND, the rest is allocated to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

State budget funds to support the difference in tuition fees for public educational institutions are transferred and accounted for in the tuition collection accounts of the institutions and are autonomously used according to the actual number of students present and supported.
