On the afternoon of August 16, the General Department of Logistics (Ministry of National Defense) coordinated with Nhat Tan commune, Gia Loc district (Hai Duong) to inaugurate and present support money to build a Great Solidarity house for Mr. Dao Van Dong's family in Cao Due village.

Mr. Dao Van Dong is a veteran.,born in 1952, poor, living in a dilapidated house.
The newly built house is over 100 square meters wide, with a budget of over 700 million VND, of which the General Department of Logistics supported 80 million VND, the rest was supported by family and relatives. The government and villagers supported many days of construction.
On this occasion, the Provincial Veterans Association, Gia Loc District Party Committee and departments, branches and organizations of Nhat Tan commune presented many meaningful gifts to Mr. Dong's family.
On the same afternoon at Nhat Tan Commune People's Committee, the Logistics Department (General Department of Logistics) organized the presentation of 20 gifts to policy families and people in difficult circumstances with a total value of over 15 million VND.
