General Secretary and President of China congratulates General Secretary and President To Lam

On the occasion of Comrade To Lam, Politburo member and President, being elected to the position of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to General Secretary and President To Lam.

"I am very pleased to receive the news that you have been elected to the position of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In recent years, the Communist Party of Vietnam has thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 13th National Congress Resolution, deeply promoted the Party building work, and achieved new achievements in promoting the construction of socialism and the cause of reform and opening up.
