The Department of Justice of Hai Duong province has just issued a press release on legal documents issued by the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee in June and July 2024.
In 2 months, Hai Duong Provincial People's Council issued 4 resolutions, Provincial People's Committee issued 6 decisions.
In particular, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 22/2024/QD-UBND dated July 12 promulgating detailed regulations on criteria for awarding the titles of "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village and Residential Group", "Typical Commune, Ward and Town" in Hai Duong province.See decision here.
The detailed regulations on criteria for awarding the above titles aim to enhance the role and responsibility of State management agencies in directing, guiding and implementing the evaluation of cultural titles; create favorable conditions in the process of awarding the titles of "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village, Residential Group", "Typical Commune, Ward, Town" at all levels, ensuring democratic, objective, fair and quality evaluation.
The regulation consists of 3 chapters and 10 articles explaining terms, regulating the scope of regulation, applicable subjects, detailing the criteria for awarding the titles of "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village and Residential Group", "Typical Commune, Ward and Town", and assigning responsibilities of relevant agencies in implementing the awarding of cultural titles in Hai Duong province.
In addition, in June and July, the Provincial People's Council issued 4 resolutions and the Provincial People's Committee issued 5 other decisions.See press release details here.
