According to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 17 of the Law on the Elderly, the beneficiaries of monthly social allowances are people aged 80 years or older who do not have a pension, monthly social insurance allowance, or monthly social allowance.
Thus, the elderly from 80 years old and above who are enjoying preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions are still entitled to monthly social allowances.
