Major General Le Ngoc Chau holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee

General Secretary and President To Lam sent a flower basket to congratulate Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau.

Comrades: Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province; Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Deputy Minister of Public Security and comrades representing the leaders of the Party building committees, the Central Office monitoring the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, and leaders of the Mobile Police Command (Ministry of Public Security) attended the conference.

Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; Secretaries of District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Inspection Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; heads of departments, branches, sectors, and socio-political organizations of the province also attended.

On August 27, the Central Party Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint Major General Le Ngoc Chau, member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Party Secretary, Commander of the Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, believed that with his qualifications, capacity, experience, political courage and the support of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, all levels, sectors and people in Hai Duong province, comrade Le Ngoc Chau will continue to inherit and promote the achievements, quickly approach the work, and successfully complete the assigned duties and tasks.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to continue promoting solidarity, responsibility, care, sharing, and support for Comrade Le Ngoc Chau for the common work of the Provincial Party Committee; wishing Comrade Le Ngoc Chau to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong also expressed his belief that Hai Duong will promote the tradition of the Eastern land of culture, spirituality and talented people to continue to overcome all difficulties and challenges to have rapid and sustainable development steps. The Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee will continue to focus on leading and directing the implementation of tasks, striving to achieve the highest goals set by the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau expressed his honor and emotion when being assigned to work in Hai Duong province for the second time; and expressed his sincere thanks to General Secretary and President To Lam for always paying special attention and affection to the Party Committee, government and people of the province.

Thanking the Central Party Secretariat for their attention and trust in assigning him a new task, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau seriously accepted the opinion of Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; at the same time, he expressed that the assigned task was a great honor and also a heavy responsibility.

He affirmed that he will continue to humbly learn, be dedicated to his work, and make full use of his energy, intelligence, and determination together with the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to continue to complete and further improve the achievements the province has made in recent years.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau hopes to continue to receive more attention, leadership, direction, and support from the leaders of the Party, the State, and the Central ministries and branches. Especially the solidarity, unity, focused leadership, sharing, and support from the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, and the leaders and former leaders of the province; the joint efforts and unanimity of the Party committees, authorities, political systems, cadres, party members, and people of the province.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang thanked the Central Party Secretariat, the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Party Office and the central departments, ministries and branches for their attention and support to Hai Duong province, promptly completing personnel to meet the requirements and development tasks of the province. This is a timely addition to the province in leadership and direction to complete the set tasks and goals.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang believes that with his capacity, strengths, and work experience, Comrade Le Ngoc Chau will immediately approach the job and successfully complete the duties and tasks assigned by the Party and the State. He requested that Comrade Le Ngoc Chau continue to demonstrate the mettle, capacity, intelligence, and exemplary vanguard spirit of a Party member; promote experience, inherit the traditions and results of previous generations of leaders to join the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee in leading and directing the completion of the tasks and targets set out in the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.

Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang emphasized that the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee will continue to promote solidarity and unity, create favorable conditions and support comrade Le Ngoc Chau to perform well his duties in his new position. Together with comrade Le Ngoc Chau, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will focus on leading and directing all aspects of the province's work for the development of Hai Duong province and the happiness of the people. In the immediate future, we will focus on successfully completing the tasks and goals of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; doing a good job of preparing for the 18th Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress, worthy of the trust of the Central Committee and the expectations of the people of Hai Duong province.
