The People's Committee of Kim Thanh district (Hai Duong) has just decided to recognize Phu Thai town as meeting civilized urban standards, achieving the goals set out in the Resolution of the Town Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Phu Thai town is the political, economic, cultural and social center of Kim Thanh district, with a total natural area of 232.43 hectares with 1,969 households and more than 6,500 people. The economic structure of the town is shifting towards increasing the proportion of industry, handicrafts and services.
From 2023 to present, Phu Thai town has mobilized more than 8.5 billion VND to build and complete civilized urban criteria. Along with the above capital, the town's people also invested nearly 21 billion VND to build and renovate houses.
Currently, 100% of the town's roads are paved with asphalt and concrete, over 90% of the main streets have public lighting; 3/3 of the schools meet national standards level 1. The average income per capita is 95 million VND/person/year. The town's poverty rate is 1.165%. The rate of collection and treatment of domestic waste is 100%; 100% of households have access to clean water; 100% of residential areas have cultural houses, the town has a cultural and sports center...
Building Phu Thai town to meet civilized urban standards is one of the contents of the Resolution of the Town Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and the town has reached the finish line on time.
