Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, is Deputy Head of the Prime Minister's Working Group on inspection, resolution and removal of difficulties related to projects and land in inspection conclusions.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision 1197/QD-TTg on changing the members of the Prime Minister's Working Group on inspection, review, settlement, and removal of difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination conclusions, and judgments in a number of provinces and cities.
Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, is the Deputy Head of the Working Group, replacing Mr. Tran Hong Ha, former Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, who was appointed to the position of Deputy Prime Minister.
Members of the Working Group shall perform their duties and exercise their powers as prescribed in Decision No. 153/QD-TTg dated January 29, 2022 of the Prime Minister and the Regulations and Operation Plan of the Working Group.
According to Decision No. 153/QD-TTg, the Working Group is responsible for directing the inspection and review of difficulties and problems related to projects and land in inspection, examination conclusions and judgments in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa and a number of provinces and cities.
The Working Group synthesizes and reports to the Prime Minister to direct the resolution and removal of difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in the inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in a number of provinces and cities regarding the contents under the authority of the Prime Minister.
The Working Group synthesizes and advises the Prime Minister to report to competent authorities to resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in a number of provinces and cities regarding matters beyond the Prime Minister's authority.
