On September 20, the Thanh Mien District Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee coordinated with Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital to organize the 3rd Voluntary Blood Donation Festival in 2023.
The festival attracted a large number of armed forces, officials, employees, workers and people in the district to participate in blood donation. The result was 507 units of blood, the most in blood donation campaigns since the beginning of the year.
Since the beginning of the year, Thanh Mien district has mobilized over 1,500 people to participate in voluntary blood donation, collecting 1,286 units of blood, an increase of about 500 units compared to the assigned target.
