On the morning of July 22, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Kim Thanh District coordinated with the 108 Military Central Hospital to organize the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival "Drops of Love - from Heart to Heart". This is the first blood donation event this year organized by the district.
The festival attracted nearly 600 cadres, civil servants, workers and people of Kim Thanh district to participate, collecting 508 units of blood, reaching 97.7% of the plan.
The district plans to organize another blood donation campaign next August, mobilizing cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the education and training sector to participate.
This year, Kim Thanh strives to collect 800 units of blood, an increase of 100 units compared to the plan assigned by the province.
