Advise on organizing the mid-term review conference of Hai Duong province well

On the afternoon of June 28, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province chaired the second quarter meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee with leaders of the agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested agencies and units to coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office to urgently complete the contents and advise on the organization of the mid-term review conference to implement the Resolution of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress. In the work of leadership, direction and implementation of tasks, it is necessary to focus on promoting the sense of responsibility and striving to overcome difficulties to successfully complete assigned tasks and work.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu emphasized that the Propaganda Department of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee needs to continue to pay attention to orienting the press, grasping public opinion; promptly reflecting and proposing solutions to the ideological situation and public opinion in the province; identifying plots, tricks and sabotage of hostile forces to forecast trends and determine prevention solutions. Pay attention to praising and expanding typical examples of progress in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. The Organizing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee continues to monitor, guide, urge and synthesize the results of the vote of confidence for the leadership and management positions of agencies and units in the province's political system, and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Focus on advising on the good implementation of the stages and processes of personnel work.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Propaganda Department of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee reported at the meeting.

The Inspection Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee continues to carry out and complete a number of inspections and supervisions that have been deployed; focusing on improving the quality of inspections and supervisions. The Internal Affairs Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee advises, monitors, grasps the situation and coordinates with the provincial internal affairs agencies to urge the settlement of cases and incidents; coordinates and advises the good performance of the task of receiving citizens, receiving, classifying and handling petitions according to regulations. The Mass Mobilization Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee needs to inspect, monitor and urge the settlement of opinions and reflections after contacts and dialogues between leaders of Party committees and authorities at all levels with the people in the province.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu also noted that the Office of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee needs to continue to advise and carry out tasks effectively and on schedule. The Hai Duong Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board has done a good job of medical examination and treatment; organized open bidding, selected nursing facilities for cadres under health care protection. Hai Duong Newspaper promoted the achieved results, enhanced fighting capacity, social criticism and improved the quality of publications.
