Create a source of Party membership

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has requested the Standing Committees of the District Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Town Party Committees in the province to direct grassroots Party committees to review the subjects who are young people working, producing, and living in the locality to propagate and mobilize them to participate in the Party awareness class. Direct relevant agencies to promptly open classes to foster Party awareness for the elite masses in the area, especially those on the annual military enlistment list.

District Party Committees, City Party Committees, and Town Party Committees need to continue to effectively implement Instruction No. 05-HD/BTCTU, dated February 25, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on admitting new party members who are students in high schools and equivalent, universities, colleges, vocational schools and vocational training schools in Hai Duong province.

According to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the work of creating sources and recruiting party members has recently been focused on and implemented by Party committees at all levels. However, the number of party members recruited is still low, and the creation of sources in many places is still difficult and problematic. In the first 6 months of 2023, the whole province recruited 990 party members, reaching only 45% of the plan.
