For illegally storing military weapons and sports weapons, Nguyen Trung Kien and Tran Pham Cong Hung were fined 55 million VND.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban has just signed decisions to administratively sanction Nguyen Trung Kien (born in 1987, residing at 56A Mac Dinh Chi Street, Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Duong City, currently being detained at the Provincial Police Detention Center) and Tran Pham Cong Hung (born in 1998, residing in Phu Village, Thai Hoc Commune, Binh Giang District) for illegally possessing military weapons and sports weapons. Specifically, Nguyen Trung Kien was fined 30 million VND, Tran Pham Cong Hung was fined 25 million VND.
In addition to the fine, Kien had 12 bullets confiscated, Hung had 3 bullets confiscated and destroyed as sports weapons.
Tran Pham Cong Hung was also fined 5 million VND for illegal possession and use of drugs.
