At around 2:30 p.m. on December 15, Mr. Hoang Van Khanh (51 years old, residing in Quang Tri province) was driving passenger bus 74H-011.10 on National Highway 14, from Ho Chi Minh City to Dak Nong province, when he reached Son Lang village, Phu Son commune, Bu Dang district (Binh Phuoc) and suddenly collided head-on with passenger bus 98B-018.33 driven by Le Dinh Thao (43 years old, residing in Bac Giang province) traveling in the opposite direction. On December 15, the UK became the first European country to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). This is the country's largest post-Brexit trade deal. By joining the CPTPP, the UK officially becomes the 12th member of this trade bloc.
