Risks of finding a job online

Finding a job online depends on the job and the person. If you just believe in your dreams, it's very risky!

Recently, the company has had little work, Ms. Nhung often comes home early, and sometimes has to take turns off. With a lot of free time, she went online to look for part-time jobs at home, hoping to earn more income. She joined online groups and saw many people posting jobs recruiting collaborators to work at home, jobs that sounded quite simple but the salary was very high. Seeing this, she was a bit suspicious, so she called Minh - her younger brother who worked at the same company:

- A few days ago I saw you said you were looking for a part-time job at home. Have you found one yet?

- I tried asking a few places but they all lied to me!

- I just searched on Facebook and saw a lot of people posting jobs like cutting thread, cutting labels, making hair clips, shipping to your home, salary two million a week. Some places just posted that they needed temporary workers to work at home, no deposit required and the pay was very high, three hundred thousand a day. I thought it was a bit unreasonable so I asked you to see if you believed it.

- It's a scam! I also asked a few places. They are all strangers, they never clearly state the job or specific address, but the salary is very high, and they don't require a deposit, so many people are interested. When I texted them, they asked me to be friends on Zalo for easy communication. After that, they put me in a stock group. Only then did I realize I was "led" to leave the group. There are places where the work is easier, just go to the page they give me, vote five stars for their products with good reviews, and earn about three to four hundred thousand dong a day. But to start working, I have to deposit one hundred thousand dong. There are places where I asked for a specific address to go directly to get the goods to work, but they blocked me.

- Is that so? Seeing the high salary they offered, I was suspicious.

- Many gullible people have fallen into the trap. I used to cut threads in a garment factory. The wages were very low, and the high salaries were just scams.

- In difficult economic times, many people want to find jobs to earn extra income, but if they are not careful, they might even get scammed out of money, right?

- Yes, so now when looking for a job, you should prioritize acquaintances, have a specific address, and go there to see what the job is like before doing it, that's the safest. As for looking for a job online, it depends on the job and the person, but if you just believe in your dreams, there are many potential risks!
