Reply:According to Article 31 of the 2021 Law on Drug Prevention and Control, voluntary drug addiction treatment at drug addiction treatment facilities is specifically regulated as follows: The period of voluntary drug addiction treatment at drug addiction treatment facilities is from 6 months to 12 months; drug addicts who voluntarily undergo drug addiction treatment at drug addiction treatment facilities upon completing at least 3 stages specified in Points a, b and c, Clause 1, Article 29 of this Law will receive financial support.

People voluntarily undergoing drug rehabilitation at drug rehabilitation facilities have the following responsibilities: Correctly and fully comply with regulations on voluntary drug rehabilitation and comply with instructions from specialized agencies; pay costs related to drug rehabilitation as prescribed.

In case a drug addict voluntarily undergoes drug rehabilitation at a public drug rehabilitation facility but is in difficult circumstances, the fees payable will be reduced or exempted.

Drug rehabilitation facilities are responsible for issuing certificates of completion of voluntary drug rehabilitation to drug addicts.

Based on the above legal regulations, you should contact a drug rehabilitation facility for specific instructions.
