The 2023 Golden Globe organizers continuously advertised on television: "Hollywood's biggest party is back!", before the awards night.
The awards ceremony will take place on the morning of January 11 (Hanoi time) in Los Angeles, broadcast live after two years of being cut off due to sideline noise. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) - the organizer - made many decisions to erase the past scandals. The organization actively reformed internally, increasing the total number of black members to 10%. Sources told Vanity Fair that much of Hollywood is hoping the Golden Globes brand can recover from the scandal. NBC praised the HFPA’s recent efforts to reform its internal structure. The return of big names this year is also a recognition of these changes.
