Pandora uses 100% renewable energy at construction plant in Vietnam

Pandora announced that it will use 100% renewable energy along with recycled gold and silver at its newly-built Pandora Production plant in Binh Duong, Vietnam.

Groundbreaking ceremony for Pandora jewelry factory in Binh Duong

The world's largest jewelry company from Denmark - Pandora announced that it will use 100% renewable energy along with recycled gold and silver at the Pandora Production factory that has just started construction in Vietnam.

According to a VNA correspondent in Europe, Pandora said that with an investment capital of 150 million USD (equivalent to 3,800 billion VND), Pandora Production is expected to support Pandora's long-term growth and create 7,000 jobs when it begins operations in 2026.

Environmental aspects of production are given special attention in this project.

According to the plan, the factory located in Binh Duong province, about 40km from Ho Chi Minh City, will produce up to 60 million pieces of jewelry per year.

“We are ready to open a new chapter in Vietnam and I am proud to witness this important milestone in our growth journey,” said Alexander Lacik, CEO and President of Pandora.

He stressed the importance of the new production facility in Vietnam to meet future demand as well as keep up with the company's growth.
