The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a decision approving the results of the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Trung Nghia, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Thanh Mien District Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Mien district.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Nghia was born in 1971, from Pham Kha commune (Thanh Mien), with a university degree in engineering; a master's degree in water resources planning and management; and a high level of political theory. Mr. Nghia has held the following positions: Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of Thanh Mien District Party Committee (from 2005-2007); District Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee (from 2007-2010); District Party Committee member, Chief of the District Party Committee's Office (from 2010-2011); District Party Committee member, Secretary of the Cao Thang Commune Party Committee (from 2015-2018); Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee, Head of the District Internal Affairs Department (2018-2022)... Mr. Nguyen Trung Nghia is a delegate of the Thanh Mien District People's Council for the XVIII, XIX, XX terms.
Previously, the People's Council of Thanh Mien district, term XX, 2021-2026, had elected Mr. Nguyen Trung Nghia to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; at the same time dismissed Mr. Bui Huu Tiep from the position of Vice Chairman of the Thanh Mien District People's Committee due to a job transfer to perform new duties.
