On the morning of December 21, at the 16th Session, the People's Council of Thanh Mien district, term XX, 2021-2026, elected comrade Nguyen The Tai, Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Mien District Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee.
Comrade Nguyen The Tai was born in 1980 in Tan Huong commune (Ninh Giang), has a high level of political theory; master's degree in agriculture. He used to work at the Ninh Giang District Party Committee's Inspection Committee. He used to hold the following positions: Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Deputy Head of Professional Department 2; Chief of Office; Head of Professional Department 3 of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
Since September 2019, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has assigned comrade Nguyen The Tai to work at Thanh Mien District Party Committee and was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of Thanh Mien District Party Committee until now.
At the meeting, the People's Council of Thanh Mien district also approved the proposal to dismiss the following positions: Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nhu Van Cuc; Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee for Mr. Bui Huu Tiep; Member of the District People's Committee for Mr. Nguyen Quoc Nghi (Chief of Office of the District People's Committee) due to job transfer to perform new tasks.
