Strictly manage the wharves on the riverbank and vehicles traveling on the dike, check and immediately move production vehicles and clear flood obstacles on the riverbank that have not been implemented according to regulations. Continue to implement the contents of Official Dispatches No. 05, 06, 07, 08 of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue on responding to storm No. 3.
