Ninh Giang moves the headquarters of the district's "one-stop" department

From October 30, the headquarters of the "one-stop" department of Ninh Giang district will move from the 2nd floor, the district post office on Khuc Thua Du street to the old headquarters of the district Social Insurance on Ninh Thai street, zone 4, Ninh Giang town (opposite Ninh Giang district Radio Station).

The headquarters of the “one-stop shop” department of Ninh Giang district on the 2nd floor of the District Post Office on Khuc Thua Du Street has been operating since 2020 and is now cramped. Moving the “one-stop shop” department of Ninh Giang district to a new, larger headquarters will better meet the requirements of handling administrative procedures of the people.

From the beginning of the year to October 29, Ninh Giang district received 42,884 administrative procedure records, of which 2,185 records were at the district level and 40,659 records were at the commune level. The result of digitizing records and resolving administrative procedures reached 79.7%. Some communes with low digitization rates include: Hung Long reached 78.7%, Kien Quoc 78.4%, Tan Quang 77.5%, Hong Phuc 76.2%. The result of online payment of fees and charges on the Public Service Portal reached 85.26%.
