The electric motorbike market is growing with dozens of brands, diverse designs and many choices from popular to high-end vehicles. The cheapest price for electric motorbikes is around 14-15 million VND and the highest price can be up to 63 million VND.

In the current trend of greening transportation, affordable electric motorbikes that are clean, economical, and low maintenance costs are becoming the top choice for low-income earners or those who only need to travel short distances such as students and office workers. According to market records, below are 5 electric motorbike models priced at over 20 million VND:

Yadea Ossy: Price 21.99 million VND

Chinese electric motorbike company Yadea Vietnam has just launched the Yadea Ossy model in Ho Chi Minh City on May 18 with a listed price of 21.99 million VND. This is a new model manufactured and assembled at the Yadea Vietnam factory (Bac Giang). The design of the model is quite compact with dimensions of length x width x height of 1,740 x 710 x 1,270 (mm). The saddle height is only 638mm, the lowest in the segment. The weight of the vehicle is 90kg, much lighter than its competitors. The trunk capacity is 21 liters.

Yadea Ossy is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 2,500W, equivalent to 3.3 horsepower, with a maximum speed of 46 km/h. In the electric motorbike segment with a battery costing over 20 million, this model is dominating in terms of engine performance. The vehicle uses a 72V-22Ah battery, with an operating range of 80 km. Charging time takes 7-8 hours to fully charge the battery.

Yadea Ossy possesses modern technologies such as keyless start thanks to the EasyGo Smart Key feature, integrated 4-level anti-theft system including 3D anti-theft and vehicle loss warning, GPS global positioning system, Cruise Control mode, TCS anti-slip system,...

Dibao Pansy S3: List price 21.99 million VND

Another electric motorbike brand from Taiwan - China that directly competes with Yadea Ossy is the Dibao Pansy S3 model. The model was launched in the Vietnamese market in 2022, imported and distributed by Tan Thanh Trading Co., Ltd. (Thai Binh). The official listed price of the model is 21.99 million VND. However, at the dealer, the price is currently reduced to 19.79-20.59 million VND.

The vehicle has dimensions of length x width x height of 1,760 x 710 x 1,140 (mm) respectively. The saddle height is 760mm. The vehicle weighs 98kg. The equipment on this vehicle is quite poor, such as a conventional electronic dashboard and a mechanical anti-theft lock.

Compared to Yadea Ossy, the vehicle's performance is not impressive. The electric motor equipped on Dibao Pansy S3 has a maximum capacity of only 1,350W, equivalent to 1.8 horsepower, maximum speed reaches 45-50km/h. The vehicle uses a 60V-23Ah battery, operating range from 60-90km, depending on load and operation. Charging time for the vehicle is quite long, taking from 10-13 hours to fully charge the battery.

Evgo C: List price 21.4 million VND

EVgo C was launched in the Vietnamese market in February 2022, manufactured and assembled by Son Ha Group. The car has an official listed price of 21.4 million VND. However, at dealers, the car's selling price is cheaper, starting from only 19.9 million VND.

The dimensions of the vehicle are 1,750 x 675 x 1,100 (mm) in length x width x height. The saddle height is 750mm. The highlight of the vehicle comes mainly from the exterior with a strong, angular design, the brake lights and rear turn signals use Led technology with prominent red and white lights, suitable for men. The design of this model is quite similar to the Honda Vario or Honda Air Blade.

Evgo C uses a Bosch electric motor with a capacity of 500W, equivalent to 0.67 horsepower and a maximum speed of 43 km/h. This parameter is more modest than other competitors in the popular electric motorbike segment. The model is equipped with a 12V-20Ah battery, so the operating range is only 60km. Full charging time takes 8-10 hours.

Pega AuraS+: Price 26 million VND

Pega AuraS+ is a Vietnamese brand electric motorbike model manufactured and launched in the market in 2022. The listed price of Pega AuraS+ is the most expensive in the segment at 26 million VND.

The model has an elegant design in the style of Italian cars, similar to Piaggio and Vespa. The car has dimensions of length x width x height of 1,770 x 710 x 1,085 (mm) respectively. The saddle height is 750mm.

Regarding the engine, AuraS+ is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 1,200W, equivalent to 1.6 horsepower, with a maximum speed of 45-50 km/h. This model uses a 60V-20Ah battery but has an operating range of up to 100km. Charging time lasts from 6-8 hours to fully charge.

Compared to other competing models on the market, Pega AuraS+ does not have many unique and outstanding technologies. The vehicle is only equipped with an electronic dashboard, displaying vehicle status information and simple error reporting.
