Many garment enterprises in Hai Duong have started recruiting more unskilled workers, but not many.

According to a survey by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, the demand for recruiting unskilled workers of many businesses in Hai Duong has increased again but not much.

At the Hai Duong Center for Employment Services and Vocational Education or recruitment sites on social networks such as "HR Hai Duong", "Tuyen dung Hai Duong", the number of businesses recruiting unskilled workers has increased by 5-10% compared to the same period last month. Tinh Loi Garment Co., Ltd., Brother Vietnam Industry, and Sumidenso Vietnam have recruited more workers since the beginning of May, but the number is still small.

Although recruitment is not much, some businesses give bonuses and have other preferential policies for new employees such as shuttle bus, increased holiday bonus, summer travel, increased attendance allowance...

Previously, due to difficulties in orders, many businesses in the province, especially those employing a lot of labor, had to cut staff and not recruit unskilled workers for a long time.
