Many people holding positions elected by the People's Council of Kinh Mon town have received absolute high votes of confidence.

The Town People's Council has voted for confidence in 19/22 people holding positions elected by the People's Council, including 3 people from the District People's Council and 16 people from the District People's Committee.

The three people who have not yet received a vote of confidence this time include: Mr. Bui Xuan Loc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van An, Member of the People's Committee, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs; Mr. Tran Van Manh, Member of the People's Committee, Head of the Department of Health. All three of these cases were newly elected in June and October 2023.

7 people with high confidence votes of 96.88%, including Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee; Le Van Dien, Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee; Mac Thi Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee; Nguyen Dao Trung, Head of the Department of Justice; Tran Van Pha, Head of the Department of Finance and Planning; Nguyen Van Hoan, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Nguyen Van Mai, Head of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Three people with high confidence votes from 90.63% - 93.75% include Mr. Pham Van Dong, Head of the Economic - Social Committee of the Town People's Council; Nguyen Thi Kha, Head of the Department of Culture and Information; Nguyen Van Dao, Head of the Department of Urban Management.

The person with the highest and lowest confidence vote is Mr. Ngo Xuan Phuong, Chief Inspector of the town with 87.30%.
