On the morning of September 29, Hai Duong Provincial Inspectorate organized a training course on skills and techniques in handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations; and providing guidance on implementing the 2022 Law on Inspection.
200 inspectors from departments, branches and localities in Hai Duong province were introduced, disseminated and guided by the leaders of the Inspectorate Cadre School on the key contents, key points and basic new points of the Inspection Law No. 11/2022/QH15 passed by the National Assembly on November 14, 2022, effective from July 1, 2023 and Decree No. 43/2023/ND-CP dated June 30, 2023 of the Government.
The 2022 Law on Inspection adds many new regulations and points on the organization and operation of inspection agencies; procedures for conducting inspections; handling overlaps and duplications in inspection activities, coordination between inspection and State audit, investigation; issuance of inspection conclusions on appraisal of draft inspection conclusions, supervision of inspection team activities; addition of regulations on standards for appointment and dismissal of inspectors, removal of some regulations on inspection collaborators and regulations on people's inspection.
The 2022 Law on Inspection also guides the development of a key inspection plan that meets the requirements of the inspections that have been developed and approved, focusing on areas of public interest such as basic construction, use of the State budget, recruitment, transfer and appointment of officials, etc.
At the conference, inspectors were also instructed on regulations, skills, and professional skills in receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, feedback, answering questions, and sharing experiences in handling difficult situations in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations at the grassroots level.
