According to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of cold air weakening from the east, from April 10-11, Hai Duong area will have light rain, drizzle and light fog scattered at night and early morning. Southeast wind level 2, level 3, cold at night.

On April 12, the cold air changed, causing scattered drizzle and light fog in areas in the province, with southeast winds at level 2. From April 13, a low pressure trough was formed connecting the low pressure area in the west and was compressed by the strengthening cold air, so places in the province will have clouds, scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, beware of strong gusts of wind. The wind changes to northeast at level 2, level 3. The night and morning are cold.

Due to the interweaving of cold air and low pressure areas, the temperature in Hai Duong area will have a large difference with the highest temperature from 30-32 degrees Celsius, the lowest from 16-17 degrees Celsius. High humidity, from 70-95% combined with high temperature causes dampness in the first days of the week.
