According to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, Hai Duong area has light rain in some places, temperature at 1am on December 11 is generally 21-21.5 degrees Celsius, northeast wind level 2.
Currently, a cold air mass is moving south from the North. It is forecasted that this cold air mass will affect the Hai Duong area around the afternoon and night of December 11.
