On the afternoon of July 22, Hai Duong Urban Environment Joint Stock Company organized the handover of an iPhone 12 Pro Max to Mr. Bui Thai Cuong, born in 1993, at 79 Binh Loc Street, Tan Binh Ward (Hai Duong City).

At around 11:30 p.m. on July 21, while on duty collecting garbage at the yard of the cultural house of Zone 12, Binh Loc Street, Ms. Pham Thi Phien, born in 1971, Team Leader of Team 8, of the Collection Enterprise (Hai Duong Urban Environment Joint Stock Company) discovered a gray iPhone 12 Pro Max that had been dropped. Afterwards, Ms. Phien handed it over so that the company could announce the owner on the Fanpage "Hai Duong Urban Environment Joint Stock Company".

After receiving the information, Mr. Bui Thai Cuong went to Hai Duong Urban Environment Joint Stock Company to complete the procedures to confirm that the phone was his and to receive his property. Mr. Cuong said that on the evening of July 21, he was sitting in the yard of the cultural house and dropped his phone. Mr. Cuong bought the phone 3 months ago, for 16 million VND.

The leader of Hai Duong Urban Environment Joint Stock Company said that Ms. Pham Thi Phien is one of the unit's exemplary workers, has been an excellent worker for many years and has been attached to this job for nearly 20 years. In 2019, Ms. Phien picked up a wallet, inside were many personal documents and valuable money and returned it to the owner.
