Receive real money and make fake land book, "female monster" falls into the net

On the evening of September 24, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bao, Deputy Chief of Cam Lo District Police (Quang Tri Province) - confirmed that this unit had just issued an emergency detention order for Nguyen Thi Thuan (33 years old, residing in Hoa Thuan Tay, Hai Chau, Da Nang City) to investigate the case of receiving money from many people but making fake red books to defraud and appropriate property.

Previously, in early 2023, Thuan opened a real estate brokerage office in Ward 2 (Cam Lo Town, Cam Lo District). After that, Thuan looked for local residents who wanted to make red books.

Many people believed him and hired Thuan to make red books. After receiving the money, Thuan made fake red books to trick people into giving him money. Hundreds of millions of dong of many people's money were appropriated by Thuan in this way.

Regarding the above incident, on August 23, the Cam Lo District Land Use Registration Office Branch, after checking, discovered that the three red books of Mr. LN and Ms. NTH, residing in Quat Xa village (Cam Thanh commune, Cam Lo district) were all fake.

The police asked Mr. LN to provide information related to the process of making the red book to the police for investigation. After that, Thuan was identified as a person related to the case and was arrested to serve the investigation.

Cam Lo District Police are continuing to investigate the case.
