Many people in Hai Duong are subjective, disregarding the danger when opening shops and gathering materials right under transformer stations and electric poles.
At the intersection of Tran Hung Dao and Tran Binh Trong streets (Chi Linh City), there is a transformer station on the sidewalk. A household has taken advantage of the space below the transformer station to open a shop selling grilled pork and vermicelli noodles. A prohibition sign of Sao Do Ward People's Committee was erected here with the content "no encroachment on the sidewalk for business purposes".
Along An Dinh Street (Hai Duong City) there is also a transformer station located on a high-voltage power line pole. Right below, people are gathering scrap metal.
Images like the above are not uncommon and are violations of the Electricity Law, causing danger if transformer stations are unfortunately short-circuited.
