Meritorious Artist Phi Dieu is the wife of the late musician Phan Nhan. She was born in 1932 and participated in revolutionary activities very early. In 1954, she gathered in the North and became a Southern accent announcer at the Voice of Vietnam Radio Station. After the country was reunified, she moved to work at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Radio Station.

After retiring, Meritorious Artist Phi Dieu started acting in films and left her mark with roles of hard-working, industrious women. In addition, she also participated in commercials, illustrated music videos, and supported contestants in many performances on reality TV shows.
