Blood donation festival "Hai Duong thousand red hearts" collected 2,642 units of blood

The festival attracted nearly 3,000 people to register to donate blood, collecting 2,642 units of blood, exceeding the target by 142 units. The entire process of collecting, preserving and transporting blood was carried out safely.

According to the preliminary assessment of the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation, this year's "Hai Duong - Thousands of Red Hearts" Blood Donation Festival continues to receive attention and positive response from officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in the province.

The Provincial Federation of Labor gathered the most people to participate, accounting for about 35% of the total number of blood donors. The number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working in provincial agencies participating in blood donation was higher than last year, including many comrades who are leaders of departments, branches, and sectors.

This year's festival continues to attract people who have donated blood dozens of times.
