Based on the planned program, MRB proposes that the City People's Committee consider and assign tasks to relevant agencies and units.

Specifically, the Hanoi Department of Transport directed the traffic inspection force to coordinate with the traffic police and relevant units to agree on a plan to organize traffic flow to ensure traffic safety during the site preparation period (August 7 and 8) and during the commercial operation ceremony (August 9).

Have a plan to guide vehicles at the commercial operation ceremony area, coordinate with related districts to arrange space, arrange parking spaces, and guide vehicles in and out of the event area.

According to MRB, the completion and commissioning of the elevated section of the Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station urban railway is an important event, attracting public attention. At the same time, it will create confidence for investors in the potential for developing the capital's transport infrastructure, attracting investment for subsequent projects.

The urban railway project No. 3, Nhon - Hanoi station section is 12.5 km long, with 8 elevated stations and 4 underground stations. Of which, the elevated section Nhon - Cau Giay is 8.5 km long and the underground section Cau Giay - Hanoi station is 4 km long.

Route: Starting point Nhon - along National Highway 32 - Cau Dien - Mai Dich - intersection with Ring Road 3 - Cau Giay (intersection with Ring Road 2) - Kim Ma - Cat Linh - Quoc Tu Giam - Hanoi Railway Station (on Tran Hung Dao Street).

The project started in 2009. According to plan, the elevated railway line would be completed in 2015, but after many delays, the line is expected to be completed in 2027. In particular, the elevated section has missed the deadline dozens of times.
