In the morning session, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution on the state budget estimate for 2024.

Next, Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Resolution on applying additional corporate income tax according to regulations against global tax base erosion.

Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee Le Quang Manh presented the Report on examining the draft Resolution on applying additional corporate income tax according to regulations against global tax base erosion.

Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Roads.

Chairman of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee Le Tan Toi presented the Report on the review of the Road Law project.

Minister of Public Security To Lam, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.

Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security Le Tan Toi presented the Report on the examination of the draft Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.

After that, the National Assembly discussed in groups the draft Law on Roads and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; the Draft Resolution on applying additional corporate income tax according to regulations against erosion of the global tax base.

In the afternoon session, the National Assembly voted to pass a Resolution on the central budget allocation plan for 2024.

Next, Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on the Capital (amended). Chairman of the National Assembly's Law Committee Hoang Thanh Tung presented the Report on the review of the draft Law on the Capital (amended).

Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Archives (amended). Chairman of the National Assembly's Law Committee Hoang Thanh Tung presented the Report on the review of the draft Law on Archives (amended).

At the end of the session, the National Assembly will discuss in groups the draft Law on Archives (amended); the Law on the Capital (amended); Government reports on the preliminary summary of the pilot organization of urban government models in Hanoi and Da Nang cities and the results of 3 years of implementing the organization of urban government in Ho Chi Minh City.
