Improving skills for interrogators to take statements when performing tasks with audio and video recording

On the morning of September 12, Hai Duong Provincial Police opened a training course to improve skills and manners for officers who interrogate and take statements while performing tasks with audio and video recording.

Delegates and students attended the opening ceremony of the training course.

The training course had more than 150 participants, including leaders, investigators, and officers assigned to carry out some investigation activities of public agencies at provincial and district levels.

At the training course, trainees were instructed on how to use audio and video recording equipment and how to handle professional situations and technical incidents arising in practice according to the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code, to implement uniformly throughout the entire Provincial Police force. At the same time, trainees were also informed of the legal provisions on audio and video recording during interrogation and taking statements.

The training course takes place over 5 days.
