On February 2, leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Sach district offered incense at the Memorial of President Ho Chi Minh in Nam Chinh commune. The Party Committee of Hop Tien commune offered incense and flowers at Nghe Ben Temple (Dau Ben village) and the stele house where the commune Party Committee was established.
