In the first 3 months of 2024, Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) collected more than 814 billion VND in budget revenue, 15 times higher than the same period in 2023.
In the first quarter of 2024, the total state budget revenue of Nam Sach district reached 814.25 billion VND, exceeding 13% of the province's annual estimate and equal to more than 15 times compared to the same period in 2023. The sharp increase in revenue mainly came from land use fees for the two new urban area projects Bac Cau Han and the new residential area west of Nam Sach town. Revenue outside of land use fees was 169.21 billion VND, accounting for only 20.7%.
In addition to land use fee revenue, Nam Sach has proactively and actively exploited other revenue sources from the beginning of the year; allocating the budget for early 2024 to agencies, units and commune-level People's Committees.
In the second quarter, the People's Committee of Nam Sach district directed the management and exploitation of revenue sources in the area, especially regular revenue sources, land use rights fee collection, and directed agencies, units, An Son commune, and Nam Sach town to complete procedures for selling public assets.
