Establishment of Thai Tan Industrial Cluster (Nam Sach) with an area of ​​about 75 hectares, total investment capital of more than 1,000 billion VND

The meeting of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee in March (3rd time) chaired by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung on the afternoon of March 20 considered the establishment of Thai Tan Industrial Cluster (Nam Sach).

The Provincial People's Committee agreed with the proposal of the Department of Industry and Trade on the establishment of Thai Tan Industrial Cluster and assigned the investor to implement the project. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to review and complete the dossier for establishing the industrial cluster. In which, the legal basis for implementing the project must be clarified.

Thai Tan Industrial Cluster is located in Thai Tan, Nam Hong, Hong Phong communes (Nam Sach) with an area of ​​about 75 hectares. The project is invested by Toan Cau Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of more than 1,000 billion VND. The attractive industries are groups of projects producing high technology, biotechnology, electronics, new materials in construction; renewable energy production industry group; industry group providing services for industrial production; environmentally friendly industries, other services in line with the province's high-tech industry development project, supporting industry for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. The investor commits to deploying and completing technical infrastructure from 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2028.
