Mr. Nguyen Van B. in Thanh Mien (Hai Duong) recently discovered in his garden a rare loris, listed in the Vietnam Red Book.

On October 8, a representative of the People's Committee of Cao Thang Commune (Thanh Mien) said that the locality had coordinated to hand over a rare loris to the Center for Rescue, Conservation and Development of Organisms (Cuc Phuong National Park).

On the evening of October 5, Mr. Nguyen Van B. in Bang Bo village, Cao Thang commune discovered a strange animal in his garden. After searching online, Mr. B. realized that this was a rare loris, listed in the Vietnam Red Book, so he handed it over to the Cao Thang commune police for management.

On October 7, Cao Thang Commune Police handed over this individual to the Center for Rescue, Conservation and Development of Organisms (Cuc Phuong National Park) for care and release into the natural environment.

The loris discovered by Mr. B. is a wild animal, belonging to group IB, endangered, rare, listed in the Vietnam Red Book and is being preserved.
