Every year, more than 10,000 farming households in Binh Giang achieve the title of excellent production and business.

In the 2023-2028 term, the Farmers' Association of Binh Giang district sets a target of having 60% or more of registered farming households strive to become good production and business households. 50% of registered households achieve the title of good production and business households at all levels. To promote the movement of farmers competing in good production and business, the Farmers' Association of the district proposes solutions to launch the movement in conjunction with promoting agricultural restructuring; linking agricultural development with industrial and service development in localities.

The Farmers' Association of Binh Giang district currently has 32,758 members operating in 16 association bases. During the 2018-2023 term, every year, an average of 13,883 member households registered for the title of good farmer and business households (exceeding 18.3% of the target of the 11th Congress Resolution). Through evaluation, an average of 10,529 households achieved the title of good farmer and business households at all levels (exceeding 51.6% of the target of the 11th Congress Resolution). Association bases and good production and business households have stood up to support, guide and help 697 poor households with many measures such as supporting loans with a total amount of more than 5.3 billion VND, seedlings worth 1.2 billion VND, more than 2,573 working days, guidance on production and business techniques, etc.
