With the theme "Connecting workers, building organizations", in May - Workers' Month 2023, Hai Duong provincial trade unions at all levels will focus on organizing activities including: "May Dialogue", forum "Workers for businesses, businesses for workers", "Thanking workers", organizing a peak month for developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider, train, admit, and organize the program "Each grassroots union, one union member benefit".

It is expected that by the end of April, the Provincial Federation of Labor will coordinate with the Provincial People's Council Office to advise the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee to organize a conference to meet voters with union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers; and organize a Cultural and Sports Week for workers and laborers.
