According to preliminary information obtained by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, at around 12:30 on June 21, in Van Duc ward, Chi Linh city (Hai Duong), a heartbreaking murder occurred.

Due to a conflict leading to a fight, at that time, the husband, Nguyen Van R. (born in 1980, in Van Duc ward) slashed his wife, Bui Thi L. (born in 1980). Ms. L. was taken to the emergency room but died later at the medical facility.
The suspect involved in the case has been arrested. Authorities are investigating and clarifying the incident.
