Many middle-aged workers find jobs with stable incomes in Nam Sach's craft villages.
Many craft villages in Nam Sach district are creating jobs for middle-aged workers (workers aged 40 and over). These are mostly workers who are past the age of working in enterprises and are looking for jobs in craft villages to have a stable income.
In craft villages, middle-aged workers earn from 4-8 million VND/person/month. At peak times, when goods are sold well and establishments in craft villages have many orders, the income of elderly workers can reach 9-10 million VND/person/month. Middle-aged workers in craft villages in Nam Sach district account for 60% or more, most of whom are women.
Nam Sach district currently has 7 craft villages, of which craft villages such as Tong Xa incense village (Thanh Quang), Man De agricultural product processing village (Nam Trung commune) create many jobs for middle-aged workers.
