The tournament attracted 42 athletes who are leaders and managers of agencies, units, communes and wards; experts from the Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee in charge of the town.
On the morning of December 16, for the first time, Kinh Mon Town People's Committee organized the 2023 Badminton and Table Tennis Tournament for leaders and managers. The tournament was held at the town's Multi-purpose Gymnasium on the occasion of the project being completed and put into use.
The award aims to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2023), and the 34th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2023).
Athletes compete in men's singles and men's doubles in table tennis and men's doubles in badminton in age groups: under 40 years old, from 41 to under 50 years old and 51 years old and over.
